Workout Warden

Introducing...The Workout Warden
My name is Chris Warden. I was born on December 22, 1984, in Waterford, Michigan. When I was 11, my family moved to Fenton, Michigan - and I'm STILL here! I graduated from Fenton, High School (FHS) with honors. While at FHS, I played 4 years on the varsity hockey team and was captain in my Junior and Senior year. I attended Western Michigan University until I decided to attend the Firefighter Academy in Auburn Hills Michigan. After graduating, I went on to become a certified Emergency Medical Technician and have successfully passed the National Registry for EMT Professionals. This training has also provided me with CPR and AED certifications from the American Heart Association. As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, my certification is recognized by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am available for personal training in your home, office, park or gym throughout Fenton and the surrounding areas. My specialties include weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training, postural correction, core strengthening and sports fitness.

WHY I BECAME A PERSONAL TRAINER
Many clients have asked me "why did you become a personal trainer?" For me it was a simple decision. I have always loved the idea of coaching and helping people. My love for sports and my own physical fitness just made this career choice a natural progression. Helping people do things they never thought they could do is my passion. I live; sleep and breath ideas for helping people reach that next level of fitness.
